We conduct a locally driven, clinically grounded research program focused on AI-enhanced telemedicine in outpatient cardiology, developed and validated directly within our cardiology clinic in Košice. Our work combines artificial intelligence, telemonitoring, and cardiovascular risk management to improve care for patients with hypertension, dyslipidemia, and heart failure. All studies are approved by the local Ethics Committee and follow SPIRIT and Good Clinical Practice standards.
